I would reach out to agencies you can find on social media or online that specifically work with mental health related clients. I myself have a emotional support animal but not a service animal. Good luck!! Whether you get a pet or service animal a dog will greatly help you!

You may need an emotional support animal for your needs. I would suggest talking to a psychiatrist and they can help you! Also emotional support animals can be any animal! Many people dont know this! I have a bunny and dog that are both ESAs and I have a card to verify!

I've found that I can't bring an ESA as many places as a Psychiatric service dog. Plus I have some physical problems too. I have an ESA, my cat. I need one specificly trained to give pressure during attacks, and retrieve medication or aide when needed.
