After my first psychosis everything feels different to me, any advice on how to get back to normal?

Take things one day at a time, and find a therapist if you haven’t already. There are also support groups that you can join 💜

There's no normal. Only Persephone of reality. Do good because u want to. Tell your self. But most importantly. For lission to anyone trying to put u down or bad mouth u. There just. Same as u and scared to.

An anti psychotic called xyprexa helped me reach a normal. Now I’m just in lithium. The anti psych took a couple months but cured my psychosis fully/made me feel my old self. It took some time + the right medication

Do you still feel elevated to some extent? I know it took at least a couple of months before I was fully back down to baseline after my episode with psychosis. (Even while I was taking Haloperidol.)
