Confused about having a psychotic disorder

I don't have a diagnosis for Schizophrenia (Or any related disorder for that matter), but I'm confused as to whether I might have a psychotic disorder or not. I don't have hallucinations very often, usually brief silhouettes, but for all I know it could be sleep deprivation. Emotional flattening. For all I know, it could be childhood trauma biting me in the backside. I don't remember the last time I've shown genuine emotion. Mild Catatonia. Catalepsy is when your limb stays in one place for an extended period of time, but for me it happens in short bursts so I don't know if this applies to me. Mild delusions. I get paranoid from time-to-time with the idea that something's after me, usually when I'm alone because that's when I'm most vulnerable. I wonder if the time I thought I could talk to spiders counts as a delusion. I still believe I can talk to cats, to an extent. I don't know, it's all a tangled mess. Anybody willing to clear things up?

My son had similar symptoms. his condition started while in college, if you are sleep deprived, talk to mental health professional. Sleep deprivation led my son to major Catatonia and Schizophrenia diagnosed
