Questioning My Diagnoses: Am I Really Dealing with Multiple Disorders?

Does anyone else have a long list of what they’ve been diagnosed with and wonder if it’s just 2 or 1 actual disorders that are causing your symptoms? I’m diagnosed with Bipolar 1, GAD, MDD, BPD, ADHD, and I’m suspecting but haven’t been diagnosed with CPTSD. I honestly feel like just because my mom is bipolar that I got diagnosed with it but I really believe my main issues are Anxiety and ADHD. Like yes I know for sure BPD and yes MDD but for sure I would like to focus on working controlling my ADHD and anxiety because those are the disorders I see bothering me every single minute.

Mental health issues make others worse, I'm severely anxious but only mildly depressed, but my therapist says that my anxious times can make my depression seem worse than what was diagnosed

So BPD and MDD are actually technically the same thing? I was originally diagnosed with MDD and then it was changed to BPD1. BPD1 includes both hypomania/mania and delression. BPD can actually increase GAD and ADHD symptoms. If the latter symptoms bother you, seeing a therapist for DBT treatment could actually be very useful.
