Questioning My Diagnosis: ADD or Anxiety?

I had a therapist a while back that I saw for only 2 weeks, and she wanted to diagnose me with ADD. the last therapist I had blamed everything on anxiety. Even though I don't really trust the methods of my first therapist, I do think she might have been right. How am I supposed to figure that out?

if your question is “do i have ADD/ADHD or anxiety” the answer could be both as they’re often comorbid - i probably developed anxiety as a result of undiagnosed adhd (inattentive type/ADD) so they could both be correct to a degree? sorry if i misread what u meant

I agree with the other comment! I have both. When I got my adhd meds figured out, I went from having 2 panic attacks a week to having one every few months. My baseline anxiety is way lower and manageable without meds, now.
