Random Burning Pain in Abdomen and Sides

Hello Y'all! My name is Sara! I was wondering if any of y'all get a random horrible burning pain in your sides and upper abdomen like cramping that lasts about 20- 30 minutes? I have had these on and off for years and I have no explanation for them. I assume it's related to acid reflux or Irritable bowel. but the pain is so bad it hurts to breathe then goes away.

I don’t get the burning as much as I do cramps. I know I normally get them in times of acute stress, but normally I just have to ride it out.

Yeah that's how exactly it goes. I have to wait it out and make sure I breathe in and out.

I used to have this- I was diagnosed within a year and a half with Gastritis. The worst case that hospital had seen in someone younger than 40- I was about 15
