I had that for a long time and mine was Chostochondritis - benign inflammation in the chest area

I've had that pain all day! It was a bit scary to look up the symptoms on Google, because they automatically say things like: "Endometriosis, damaged discs, broken ribs, tumors," ect. Which is not quite as "helpful" and only triggered my pain furthermore this afternoon! 😂🤧 However, sometimes I get these pains when I get anxiety, and since my parents have been sick with a common cold, my mind gets these CRAZY scenarios and overreacts with any little thing, so I suppose that the cause of my pain was mainly the anxiety 😅 I hope that you are feeling better! Try taking slow deep breaths, or lying down flat for a little while 🤗

Yes actually I do! But I try to calm myself down and by thinking of something calming. If able turn on some calming music or if you have pets hold them feel their fur. Use the hearing, seeing, feeling, and tasting to snap you out of it.

Hey for all that have commented! I started taking Lexapro and stopped focusing on it and it’s definitely helped a lot with the pains and the palpitations. Every now and then I’ll feel it but it’s not been bad! I had to wear a holter monitor but still don’t have results
