Does anyone have this random stinging pain in your inner elbow? because I have it, and when I put cold stuff on it, it stops. I don't know what it is? if it's a pinched nerve or mussel spasm? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yep. Especially when I dare to lean on an elbow. I just try to avoid leaning on my elbows. I also bought memory foam pads for my office chair, which otherwise has hard plastic arms.
