Struggling with recurring UTI despite treatment

Honestly I'd say try not to stress too much. I've been to hospital for at least 12 UTIs. They always went then came back. This went on for about a year or so then one day I just stopped. I've only had 1 since and that went away fairly easily and hasn't returned. They can be often caused by stress, dehydration and holding ur pee too cold so make sure u ain't doing none of that where possible. Good luck (:

Also ask if they'd consider putting you on a small dose of longer term antibiotics. They told me that was a possibility with mine when they kept reoccurring

UQORA. PLEASE BUY IT ASAP. I HAD 22 UTIS IN 2020 to 2022. This is the only thing that saved me.
