Reducing My Meds: A Struggle with Side Effects

I just reduced all of my meds. I was over medicated and had serotonin syndrome. I am finally getting back to where I can think straight. I don't want panic attacks, anxiety, depression or the scattered brain of inattentive leaning ADHD but I hated being over medicated. None of my doctors or pharmacist caught the known negative reactions of these meds.
