I know a really good book called Brain Lock; my therapist of 5 years gave it to me and it changed my life for real. I no longer see him due to insurance but I recommend it to every friend!

ERP is great! Download the NOCD app to help arrange exposures into a hierarchy - I think they even have a whole subsection for magical thinking! Be patient with yourself; it’s a process, but so worth it!

I have OCD very bad. I have the perfectionist and symmetrical kind of OCD along with hoarding. Collecting toys soothes my OCD to the point where it has become an obsession. I’m a people person so sharing my emotions with my closest friends helps lessen my OCD.
