Relief for Severe Menstrual Cramps and Nausea?

Been struggling with severe cramps and nausea on and off my cycle. Are there any treatments out there that can relieve the pain or make it more bearable?

I have bad nausea as well, and I've found sea sickness bands help (the ones that go on your wrists) when you can't swallow or keep anything down. I hope that helps at least a little bit

@CreativeQueen try debilitated birth control. It's worked wonders for me. I even have lighter and shorter ones. They are not as aggressive cramp wise and my pros hasn't acted up only maybe twice in rhe last 4 years. Only other thing I have been on is Metformin. That didn't work as well for me as this birth control does.

I meant Deblitane**** for birth control

Personally I’m a fan of heat to help out with cramps. Typically I use a rice bag and heat in the microwave for 1 min and put it where it hurts. Not a 100% solution but for me it helps
