Marijuana actually helps a lot of RLS suffers get complete symptom relief. One of my doctors even suggested for me to see if it would work for me too. Unfortunately it doesn't help at all. 🤗

I found that my weighted blanket helps quite a bit.

Have your Ferritin checked, if it’s super low you can get an iron infusion. Try magnesium supplement, a powder called Calm on Amazon is helpful at night to relax. No caffeine, no alcohol (Kombucha a fermented drink reacts like alcohol too). Some meds can augment after time which I’ve experienced.

Also Antihistamines are aggravators per RLS specialist, i had to stop them.

Soaking in the bathtub with oatmeal, long hot baths after it starts, excersize walk for thirty minutes, rub your legs, use a weighted blanket if you can, make your bed warm. RLS loves cold, always take your RLS meds. If I miss it I am in a world of trouble. No sleep. Also no caffeine after six it generates it.

I noticed last week or so when I’m overtired but pushing too much my RLS presents itself more. Getting proper rest has helped. My sleep schedule has had outside disturbances and it’s effected my RLS symptoms increased them.

Tiredness and stress can bring it out more. I take pramapexole for it and it has been a really big help. However if I miss it I am up all night long.

I've read that yellow mustard is good for RLS, but I haven't tried it personally. And I know this is going to sound weird, but I've found that orgasms help relieve my symptoms.
