I told her during our call last week, I've tried calling the office and having CVS fax it over to her twice for about a week and a half now and she hasn't responded to anything

I didn't even think of that, omg thank you! I found 2mg ones so I have to take 10 of those a night but I only have it for 3 nights so I can ration those!
