Safe Drugs for Bipolar Disorder: Any Suggestions?

What drugs are safe to do having bipolar disorder (and being medicated properly). I’ve done a plethora of drugs, but since being diagnosed I’ve cut down my usage to practically nothing besides the odd drink or maybe smoke, I’ve also done opiates since being diagnosed with no side effects other than the nausea. Anyone have anything to share? I’d like to ere on the side of safety, however doctors tend to really overdo this when no “studies” answering my question have been done.

I still smoke weed as needed. It helps with my mental health.

Weed, and i also take kratom. I’d say weed is the only “safe” one tho (without risk of swinging you too far in either direction) hope this helps! 💜
