I usually only have paranoia where I don't even want to leave the house not even to walk down the road and if I go to the store or to the doctor somebody's got to be with me

I can't go anywhere without someone I know. My paranoia stays with me constantly. You are not alone

I don’t leave my house without someone with me on most days. I have schizoaffective disorder and I can get very paranoid. I also get audio hallucinations, but they’re almost 100% quite now that I changed meds, and the visual hallucinations have been gone for years

Nope. I'm still paranoid even on meds. Hallucinations have been a little less lately which I'm grateful for.

Hallucinating has been a very rare experience for me so mine is mostly delusions and paranoia

No I'm more paranoid than anything. Chlorpromazine really helped me out with my delusions.
