Schitzo affective with bipolar 1 i have more dillusions then seeing things i have heard voices in the past but i don’t anymore

Schizoaffective with mood disorder. Use to have paranoid thoughts but no longer. And used to have delusional thoughts as well but no longer.

I hear voices and see things but i have more delusions then anything else but im on serequel right now and i stopped hearing voices and seeing things but once in a while ill get delusions like i think if i died in this world ill wake up in my own world and ill be happier then i am now

I see lizards crawling on my forearm and disappear into my arm I sometimes get the urge to dig them out but the voices tell me they're not real

Schizoaffective with mood disorder. I used to have paranoid thoughts but with my meds I don't anymore. My hallucinations have gone down a lot since getting on meds as well.
