Struggling to Attend School Due to Anxiety

I've been trying to go to school but it's so hard. Like, I get to the school parking lot then i freeze and it kinda feels like the world is caving in and i end up just leaving. I've missed about a month of school and I want to see my friends, but I can't. I'm trying to work through it. I feel like I'm weighing down other people too. If anyone has some advice, it'd be appreciated.

I went through pretty much the exact same thing in high school. First off let me say that you are so so valid. Are you able to identify any triggers? Like, what about school makes you freeze up? It's a bit of a tough question, esp with conditions that mimic others. The first step is identifying your roadblock. From there, use your support system to figure out a way around it. Maybe it's a new routine, or listening to a specific commute playlist. If attendance is becoming an issue: be your own advocate. You know yourself best. It is okay to say "i don't know why i feel this way". It is okay to ask for extensions, and extra help and even special accomodations. đź’•

I have somehow been focusing in on like white noise in my ears when is quiet. That’s all I hear now. Any one else experience anything such as this?
