Seasonal Dissociation: Does Anyone Else Experience This?

Does anyone else's dissociation become severe come spring and summer? I've been like this my whole life. But I'll snap out of it soon as Autumn starts approaching. Thanks for reading. I'm desperate. 32 years of this. 🥴

the heat definitely impacts mine + the feeling of “i should be having more fun than i am right now” on any kind of holiday/break from school/uni/work etc makes things more noticeable to me

That makes sense. Idk it just seems like I'm wired backwards. The sun gives me headaches and makes me wanna hide in my house, while cloudy skies gives me energy and makes me wanna go outside. 🤣

it might have something to do with trauma i know we're worse in summer because of trauma so it could be that but i don't know you so it could be something else
