Seeking Advice for Treatment Options

What other treatments should I be seeking? What has worked for you? Any diet changes I should do? Life style changes?

If you haven't tried before, you could go vegetarian or vegan (or cutting out anything that could be considered a carcinogen). Try putting in 30 minutes of activity a day. Look into therapy/mental health support. All of these things can help you even without a chronic condition, but it also might not feel like anything is changing. If you need medical help especially. I'm not sure what is troubling you, but I hope things get better.

I was in therapy but things got so busy that I never had time for it. I'm seeing a dr for my meds every 3 months. I like my meats and veggies way to much to cut that stuff out. And I'm very physical with my job I'm a CNA. It's mostly my anxiety that is killing me. I'm on daily meds and I hate to take and up them
