Seeking Pain Relief for GI and Stomach Pain

does anyone know of any pain relief medication/herbal remedies or anything that could help with pain relief for gi pain and stomach pain. for flair ups or just everyday pain because it's becoming harder and harder to manage :( (i can't take regular pain medication because most of not all of it is constipating and the ones that i've tried that aren't, just don't work at all or have horrible side effects)

Some suggestions for pain relief include famotidine and Zofran for acid reflux and nausea, dicyclomine (Bentyl) which is used as an antispasmodic for IBS, and IBGard which is peppermint oil in capsule...See More

I don’t know unfortunately but if it’s pain due to inflammation I would try turmeric with black pepper or golden milk with both of those together.

So ground turmeric the herb is sold at quite a few grocery stores. It comes in capsules or supplement form sometimes too. In order for your body to absorb the anti inflammatory benefits it it needs to be mixed with a sprinkle of black pepper. Some supplements include that but others don’t. Golden milk is a tasty way to drink it. It’s usually like whole milk or coconut with turmeric and black pepper mixed in. It’s kind of like making a herbal latte. You can make it on the stovetop or with a handheld milk frother and heat the milk in a microwave. There are recipes online from scratch or places that sell mixes. Just make sure that if it’s one without the black pepper that you add a sprinkle to your cup. Hope that wasn’t too confusing. Ask if you still have more questions.

wasn't confusing at all!! thank u so much i will definitely look into this because i'm not sure if the pain i get is particularly because of inflammation or just because of under developed nerves?? or like pain receptors idk because my gi track seems to think me eating and food and stuff moving through is pain? but if it's also inflation this will help a ton!! i'm goin to the store soon so i'll look for it then:) thanks so much!

Cannabis helps with my IBS pain if that's accessible to you/something you're willing to try ^^
