Do you have redundant/tortuous colon? I do and have chronic constipation. have you been on the Linzess journey? I’ve contemplating that, but it seems like a last resort due to its tendency to cause explosive diarrhea (from reviews) For me, I’ve tried eating 2 kiwi a day and started drinking Triphala tea in the morning. My stools are loose, but I still have a lot of trouble going….

have you told your doctor. I have IBS/C It’s not a picnic. I am currently on linzess It has helped a great deal. I was tired of all the Excruciating pain sweating beyond belief and hours lying on the floor leading up to relief 😥 I’m so afraid I finally gave in and went to the ER.. costly but it saved me 5 hrs of horrible pain.
