What are your experiences with seizures?

What are your seizures like when you experience them? And what are you diagnosed with/what causes the seizures? I was diagnosed with pseudo-seizures 4-6 years ago but haven’t had any treatment. Because they’re stress related I was told my only option was stress management through therapy. But I’m not 100% sure I was diagnosed properly and am working on getting a referral to a neurologist. My most recent one I was conscious for the whole thing. My body was very heavy and it was hard to hold my head up. I couldn’t speak or move and my eyes fluttered. It lasted for about 10 minutes.

Mine are also stress induced. I haven't had one since 2013, though. I felt like I was going to faint, and pretty much fell into an armchair and blacked out for a full minute before I came to. I lost control of my body for that minute, it kinda felt like my body had just shut down or something. I had two more seizures when my dad took me to the hospital after I blacked out, but I remember being kinda conscious for those. I looked up what you would see in a psychogenic non-epileptic seizure and this is what I found: waxing and waning consciousness, out-of-phase shaking movements, pelvic thrusting, side-to-side head shaking, and eye closure.
