Not new to epilepsy but my seizures have been getting more severe in the last few years. A recently had a seizures while showering and am now having horrible nightmares about my husband finding me dead in the shower. Anyone else have this problem?

I’ve gained all this weight because of this anxiety. I’m scared to do anything alone

So do you have refractory epilepsy? If so maybe you can talk to a doctor about getting an implant? (Of course that is the doctor's decision and I don't know your whole story, etc. etc)

I struggle with this too. I don’t have seizures often but when I do they’re tonic-clonic and I also have GAD. Whenever I’m near water I worry if it’ll be my last moment

I'm scared to sleep or shower without my husband and even then sleeping is hard.
