Seizures Triggered by Florescent Lights: Seeking Advice

Hey everyone! So I'm pretty new here, I was just wondering if anyone else with seizures also found florescent lights as bad as I do? I also have a couple of follow up questions, first: do blue light glasses actually work to help ease the intensity of the lights? Secondly: I work for a large company as a sales assistant, all the lights were very recently changed to florescent and it's a big store, so there's a lot of lights. Is it reasonable to ask for them to be changed back? Because now I'm having quite a few seizures at work but obviously I don't know how realistic it is to ask for the lights to be changed. Thank you for reading! I hope you all have a good day/night!

I don't know anything about the glasses, lights bother me too, I don't have a job thou. But I don't think it would be unreasonable to at least ask and see what they say.
