Well definitely learning how to be mindful and step back and realize I'm having anxious thoughts.

Understanding that these are just thoughts. And that I can learn to accept them but then also move on and find something productive to do and focus on.

I like to listen to music to distract myself and just hype myself up and make myself feel really confident.

1. Practice talking about your experience. The more you do it the better you’ll be able to with different audiences. It really helps to have this ability and it can really hinder you if you’re spending your energy trying to hold things inside. 2. Be able to distract yourself from your struggles with errands/chores, work, or things in your schedule Balancing these two skills is key for me. Easier said than done haha
