Stop dieting. Exercise bc it’s fun, not to lose weight. Eat 3 meals, balanced, including sweets AND fruits/veggies/proteins/stereotypical “healthy” foods. 90% of all diets fail, it’s not worth it. Give yourself permission to love your body where it’s at if you don’t already. It’s kind of like when you lose something so you have to stop looking to find it. You can’t hate yourself into loving yourself. That doesn’t mean you can’t lose weight, just stop focusing so much on it. Eat “healthy” foods that you know help with chronic pain/whatever you’re here for. Or new interesting meals. Diets suck. #haes

i agree with the person above! dieting is not only pretty unhealthy on its own, but it’s also dangerous because it can often lead to an ed (at least in my experience and a ppl ik) if your everyday diet is that bad, just work on limiting certain foods, not cutting them out completely. and exercising can 100% be fun if you find one you like! i HATE exercising but i went hiking today and it was so fun! i suggest hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, yoga, or even any type of class at a gym if it helps to be around other people doing the same thing

Gage you thought about intermittent fasting?! It works wonders for T2D and PCOS! Look up dr jason Fung and Megan Ramos! On YouTube or their books! I fast and it has completely changed the way I view food and has cured all my bad food habits!
