Need advice for severe pain and headache

I love baths but I find sometimes they completely whack put all.my energy then after the national im left still.onnpaikmnut not battling then wiped energy feeling :( anyone else? Sleep helps me manage pain sp I try to rest as much as possible but that's way easier said than done when you're a mum & carer lol
