Severe Pain After Sleeping in Different Bed - Possible Fibromyalgia?

I'm not sure if this is the right category to post in. But I made the mistake of going away to a "restful" cabin for the weekend and slept in a bed that is not my own. I normally wake up before an alarm clock, with awful pain around my ribs, sternum, and shoulder blades even with my 4inch matress topper. Two nights in that cabin (fancy, too, not bad technically) and I can't rotate my upper body much at all. Everything hurts. I have so many different varied symptoms going on right now all over my body, but this is pretty awful. I did talk with my doctor about fibromyalgia about a month ago. Is this possibly fibromyalgia or some other thing?
