I have been paranoid a lot more lately.. it's been a real pain since it is affecting me and everything I do.. I do know taking time for yourself helps a lot. It can help you refresh yourself :)

Yes! When my anxiety and panic disorder was at its worst, I would get hours of paranoia. It’s completely terrifying. Not so much social paranoia, just paranoia about reality and if I was even a real person or not. Super trippy. Not fun at all and I was scared I was losing my mind.

Walking alone at night is severe paranoia too but really feels anxiety-induced
