Probably both. I have tics from my anxiety and depression. It can make you shakey. Sometimes it can feel like you're unbalanced. I feel like I'm falling even when I am sitting down.

For me I think both my anxiety and depression have contributed to feeling shaky - everyone tells me to eat and drink water but I literally do that and it still happens. My old therapist was a big help because talking to someone as well as doing meditation exercises helped.
