Shaking Leg When Worked Up

does anyone else shake their leg or twitch when they feel worked up? if I feel angry at myself or irritated with how I feel I find that it happens. it can get bad after something triggers me or I am in a bit of a spiral.

Maybe in a similar realm...my body feels itchy even though I know there's nothing that would be physically causing it ): I have hydroxyzine from like a year ago that I can take if it gets unbearable, but it usually just annoys me

I used to and I'd sometimes get to a point where my fingers would go completely numb and I'd get a migrane. Turns out all it was was a physical reaction to being over stimulated. Since I've been managing my adhd I haven't had nearly as many episodes. I used to have episodes a few times a month and now it's more a few times a year.

thank you. That's really insightful. I do wonder about this. I find it can happen if I've been watching a lot of TV and then I sit down to eat. My place isn't big enough for a dining table and chairs, so I find it happens as I try to eat from my sofa and ottoman come coffee table. I do it on other occasions too. If I'm sat at a table and concentrating on something, my leg can go at it under the table.
