10 of hydrocortisone in the AM 5 in the afternoon. I don’t think it’s optimal yet though but I’m nervous to go up having had Cushings in the past 😕

Yes. I have always had normal electrolytes. My new Endo wants me to lower my dose of hydro (to the same as you take) and increase fludro to a whole tab. I’m going slow. Taking 12.5 mg and 5mg. Taking the whole fludro Don’t “feel” any different. I’ll go down to 10mg in the am in a couple weeks. She says the latest research shows to take less hydro like you are on. But to take Fludro 0.1mg daily

I have been on the same dose of hydrocortisone for 5 yrs. I am having symptoms again when I went in the hospital. But not the really bad vertigo and palpitations yet. I have noticed that I am itching more so than usual and I an having body aches very bad in my joints. Can someone tell me if I am in a fatigue state or something else going on? Ty in advance

15mg hydrocortisone in AM and 5 in the afternoon, though I also have ADHD so I sometimes forget to take the afternoon dose. I increased my fludrocortisone dose and now alternate daily between .2 and .3 mg.

Wow that is a lot of Fludrocortazone! Does your doctor know that? That can lead to heart problems
