Short Hair Due to Headaches: Coping Strategies?

Due to constant calp and head aches and sensitivity, I had to cut my hair really short. Has anyone else done the same, or if you do have the same problem, what are you doing in order to cope with wearing long hair?

Honestly, I keep my hair shorter because I genuinely don't like it touching me. It's not scalp pain or headaches. It's the ends of my hair touching my face, ears, and neck. It's irritating so the hair has to go away.

it's this for me too! I tried to grow it out and it was so irritating on my ears and around my neck. I have to have it really short now.

That's strange that you say that! My scalp and head hurts sometimes, especially if I have just washed my hair! Very interesting 🤔.xx

I use baby shampoo and conditioner. There’s a formula at Walmart that’s a bit on the pricey side, about $6-8 dollars a bottle. I don’t shampoo my hair daily otherwise my hair & scalp tend to dry- out. I also incorporate a regular baby shampoo ( Johnson & Johnson) in between to clarify any of build-up. Try that. I hope it helps. ❤️‍🩹
