Shortness of breath with GERD?

Does any feel short of breath all the time with gerd or indigestion? I’ve been feeling like this for the past week. It’s kinda making my nerves go up. I went to the ER and my chest was clear and all. I’ve been taking Pepcid max strength, but it hasn’t really helped it

Yes! Been fighting with it for years.. I have been prescribed a inhaler for it but I rarely use in those times.. most the time it’s gas or regurge that has to come up… I’ve been taking vitamins or gas pills for it…but you know it starts with the diet as they say anyway lol

thank you. And do you have it all the time? And I’ve heard. I know I’ve been drinking a little and eating like crap, so I think I just triggered it. But it just feels so weird and off. I hate it.😩 I’ve lost 4 pounds already.

I wish I knew the answer to this cuz I have the same problem. I’ve been trying probiotics but they haven’t seemed to be helpful. Prilosec helps a little but it’s so pricey!! Sometimes Alka Seltzer helps as well. I’m planning to see a gastro next year but I drink as well and don’t eat that great so I know they’re just gonna say to fix that 😒
