Experiencing Shoulder Pain, Anyone Else?

*not asking for medical opinions* just simply curious if anyone else has experience with this. I thought I might have subluxed my shoulder but it never really shifted or popped back. It’ll slip but never fully in or out. It started bc my back was sore and then I stretched and got sharp pain in my right chest and right back around my shoulder for a few minutes. Since then my shoulder has been tight, tingly, super uncomfortable and achey. To me it just feels like I want to pop it somehow bc it’s uncomfortable through my collarbone too. Now I really don’t think it’s dislocated but I was able to pinpoint a spot where my collarbone and front of shoulder meets that is super tender and triggers the pain in collarbone and shoulder along with down the arm a bit. It just feels like I wish it would pop somehow and reset. Has anyone experienced something similar? I honestly haven’t had a dislocation but believe I’ve had subluxations and have had plenty of sprains. It doesn’t feel muscular or sprained to me. I’ve never been able to pinpoint it so directly to one spot before. I’ve considered going to urgent care but I’m always discouraged from going to the doctor bc I feel like I never truly figure out what’s wrong when it’s a joint problem. I have it in a sling now to rest and hopefully find something to help.

Yes! All the time, just on my left side. Whenever it moves and I can’t get it back, I go see my physical therapist. I was told to bring my husband next time so my PT can show hubby how to fix it.

I’m having a hard time bc I can’t even tell if it really dislocated or not. But it still doesn’t feel right yet. The trouble is my bad shoulder is actually the left one, so the right one was just feeling left out😂

Yes! Although I'm not very good with being confident of when I've REALLY dislocated something but I've had this (on my back for this incidient specifically), got a scan and got told my spine was out of place! Usually for me 'popping' helps, so I feel like it might be a dislocation but it also has a general ache too. if it's more stubborn I'll keep it warm with a hot water bottle, sometimes stretching after that 'pops' it back into place but again. In my experience when this happens to my shoulders I find trying to hold / dangle onto the top of a door will almost pull it 'up' into place. Still, I don't know how to tell for certain if it is a dislocation or subluxation. Hope you feel relief soon!
