I had no idea what is sibo so I looked that up. I saw that the FODMAP diet can be a solution to sibo and it doesn’t contain gluten

I also have both SIBO and Celiac Disease, well as IBS. It involves a lot of trial and error. I personally still show symptoms, it is likely that the bacteria levels in my digestive system are normal, and that it comes from IBS. The FODMAP diet is brutal if you do decide to attempt it. Being gluten free is manageable but this one is really hard to follow. But for some people it works. Other things that you can try would be Iberogast, it’s an herbal treatment you put in your beverage and is supposed to help. I wish you luck, hopefully you feel better soon ❤️

The FODMAP diet was recommended by my doctor and i research it. It is very overwhelming and daunting. I feel pretty defeated at this point but am desperate in feeling better.
