Looking for advice on SIBO treatment

Has anyone heard of SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and if so, has anyone been treated for or managed it?

I've heard of it but per my doctor it's expensive to actually test for it. She put me on a round of antibiotics (xifaxan I think) for it, which took some fighting with insurance because they are not cheap! Anyways it did nothing for me, I had a flare while on it 🙃
