Skin Tearing in EDS: Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Any other Zebras have issues with your skin tearing? My husband looked horrified when I asked him if he could relate to the pain of it. Now I’m wondering if that’s just an EDS thing.

I get scarring and wounds from anything. I got a gash on my leg that ended up getting inflamed but it was just from a spider bite

Yeah I’ve had stretch marks on my arms, thighs, calves, and hips since teenage years. Wasn’t weight related bc I was very petite so we didn’t know why it was happening. But now I just understand it’s part of EDS. I also can’t hold a stitch so when I had to have a bone graft in my jaw I couldn’t hold the stitch. Stitches started coming out first day and had to redo the bone graft.
