Yes! I can't sleep unless on medication but OMG does sleep make a difference. If I get close to 12 hours I can function.

I find sleep essential to my mood, despite not getting it regularly, for me it's the quality of sleep rather than the quantity as well. I stick to routines because it helps me maintain control over whatever small things I can in my life which often is only my environment. For me scents are especially connected with me being able to connect to myself so I use a lot of aromatherapy.

I think that's a really important point. Getting a good circadian rhythm can be really helpful. Scents are an important point. I haven't tried it much myself. 🙏
