Struggling to Fall Asleep? Here are Some Tips!

i find it hard to fall asleep unless I've taken medicine or am utterly tired. what are some things that help yall fall asleep?

I love to read before bed to try to turn my brain off. Try doing that or yoga or meditation would help 😊

Cannabis. I've found it is a wonderful sleep aid.

I take meds to sleep & use cannabis to help me sleep but I also do a breathing mantra to help me sleep...it goes like this, breath in thinking calm, with breath out think relax, then breath in sleep, breath out relax

Routine is my best friend. I have a sequence of the getting ready tasks I'm used to and it gives my brain time to unwind. (Things like pj's and brushing teeth, etc). I also have a native American pan pipes CD i love (Tear of the Moon by Coyote Old man) and if I'm struggling to keep my eyes closed a cool eye mask helps.
