What does a small allergic reaction feel like to you? So lately I have been getting this specific sick-like feeling sometimes. My face gets itchy, my ears feel stuffy or itchy, my ears have eczema, my scalp is itchy, my nose is stuffy and itchy and my throat is extremely phlegmy. Does this seem like an allergic reaction? I know no one could actually tell me, but it’s very odd and I haven’t tried benadryl or claritin much but I feel I should. I don’t get hives often, though I have before but only in one area, and my prick test was entirely normal. We haven’t identified triggers or anything to issues.
