I smoke flower, dab, and I take edibles. I unfortunately live in an illegal state. Here lately my anxiety/panic has been so bad that smoking has made me feel worse and I've had to cut back. I think it might be the type of flower we got this time around, but am really unsure of the strain. Edibles help some but if I take too much I panic and feel like I'm dying, same with dabs so I have to go easy. I've started micro dosing shrooms and it has been so incredibly helpful. I have never been so happy and care free, it's crazy how much better I feel. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get them recently. We had been getting these one up mushroom chocolate bars, eat one square a day and literally everything is better. Not to mention they're so good!

I vape high CBD low thc for pain and anxiety. It helps tremendously but I’m also on medication for anxiety (lexapro and buspirone) I smoke 2:1 CBD : THC right now and I would t do anything more because I know myself and the being too high or even light headed would make me anxious

I can only smoke in my house. Because it makes me closed off and I will get couch locked almost instantaneously. If I am high in public I get so scared. My mom had to pick me up when it happened 💀

i used to smoke a lot of bud to be more productive or relaxed or sociable before my anxiety got worse/before i developed ocd, and it really helped back then!! more recently i did start microdosing shrooms, which has helped so so much for me personally, it makes it easier to see my life from a logical/positive/birds eye point of view rather than focusing on the things amplifying my anxiety/stress :)

When I first started smoking my anxiety made me really paranoid and it was horrible but turns out I was smoking too much. Just be careful on how much you smoke

i smoke regularly and i’ve noticed that it doesn’t really matter what strain as long as i don’t overdo it! if i get too high that’s when my anxiety gets triggered so i try and do lower doses so i can avoid that. personally i don’t enjoy edibles because i find it harder to dose accordingly with my anxiety but with flower i can estimate how much i can smoke before my anxiety gets triggered. i also tend to stay away from dabs but that’s just because i have a low tolerance! if i DO get too high i basically get really anxious and get all the physical symptoms like sweaty palms, rapid heartbeat, racing thoughts and paranoia but if i’m not overly intoxicated i feel relaxed and happy!

Smoking bud made me very paranoid and my anxiety worse. But lose dose edibles and CBD have helped my anxiety and chronic pain.

i smoke illegally in a legal state, i don’t have my medical card. it does help with the anxiety, especially things that i know are false or that i know isn’t going to affect me in any way. it helps me relax about it. definitely be careful how much you smoke or use in any other way, because if you get too high it will send you into a panic attack
