Does anyone get incredibly sore knees/calves/legs with fibromyalgia, or is this a different experience that I should be concerned about..

Being sore is extremely normal with fibro. Before I started physical therapy my arms were stronger than my legs. Even though my legs are stronger they still stay sore.

do you think weather has anything to do with it, or is it just a sign of a flare up?
