Always, my lower back and my legs are the worst for pain anyway and my legs seem to get a really deep ache/pain that I just cannot distract myself from. They used to be really bad at night with RLS but medication helps with that at least now. It is awful 😢 xxx

Yep, my fibro is worst in my legs! No clue why, it never really happens in my upper body….

I really struggle with my back and my hips. However, because I also have arthritis and scoliosis it's hard to know which condition is to blame. I hope you feel better!

Try epsom salt baths with lukewarm/cold water. They've been a real lifesaver.

Ugh when I have flares it’s like my entire body hurts and is so sensitive even the slightest touch will feel like torture so yes definitely my legs Hope you get some relief

Hi, yes always legs are the worst! It is like hot flushing fluid running through my freezing cold legs 🥺
