It's really scary but I might need it. My spinal nerve is pinched in my lower back and it could be dangerous. 💔 If you need it, give it a shot we get better at it every year.

I’ve had two spinal fusions. They are super scary but so worth it.

I actually got it at a super young age! I am super grateful and because of my age I just grew a straighter back. I know not everyone has that opportunity but it was super successful for me all the way back in 2008! If you can afford it I’d go with yes :)

I've had 10 spinal surgeries through childhood. back then it was lengthening rods every 6 months but I think now they can magnetically do lengthening procedures without incisions. then I had a fusion in 2013. before these surgeries I had about a 40% curve. all fairly traumatic but I don't think id be ok physically if I hadn't gotten them.
