Are you medicated? It might be a meds issue

I am medicated. I started lexapro in January for anxiety and it works so well I don’t have any anxiety anymore. But now I’m depressed more often. I was already on Latuda beforehand and am still on it as well.

I can’t go up on my Latuda though because I was experiencing tardive dyskinesia so I had to go down from 60 mg to 20 mg. So I don’t know what to do but I meet with my psychiatrist tomorrow.

My moods tend to cycle faster if something major happened in my life. When I start feeling more out of control, and I know this seems like such an obvious answer, but I make sure that I find someone that I can trust and tell them everything. Sometimes repressing issues can cause cycles to change quickly as well. If it gets too bad, just like how you told me, in-patient would be the way to go. We’ll be in-patient buddies! :)
