If I were wanting to kids I would want to make sure I was in a maintained state of stable for a while. Having a support system and effective coping methods. Having plan(s) in place in the event of a relapse or mood drop. Knowing that I’ve worked through my views on things like food, body image, etc. to avoid potentially passing on the mindset. Stable relationship unless you want to be a single parent. Financial stability. As far as stress management goes I’m really not the person to ask😅

If your on meds see what you can't and can't take pregnant if that's the route you are going to take. I was on many meds that I cold turkey for a baby. I regret it so much. I forgot how much being off meds is. Also think about breastfeeding vs formula. That's longer to be off meds. Get a good support team to help you. Remember pregnancy is a hormonal nightmare. 👍
