Starting Prozac for FND, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Migraines

I just started Prozac 50 MG after telling my psychiatrist and neurologist that I felt no mood or pain improvement after two months including an increased dose on cymbalta. I liked the idea of a pain and antidepressants pill as having FND, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and migraines but there seemed to be minimal relief if any. Is there any side effects I should be concerned with Prozac or the transition in medication?

I’m on 80mg Prozac and I don’t see any damaging side effects. I will say that Prozac can give you energy so be careful with that. It might feel good at first but then can turn into not being able to fall asleep even if tired. That only lasted a week or so for me, but still worth mentioning

If you need help sleeping don’t be afraid to ask, I was given trazodone to help my body settle down at night for a week.
