If you've never heard of Buoy hydration drops, they have a whole collection of products for those with chronic illness!

Some people think it's silly when I say this but having a fun cup to drink out of helps me a lot. I have one shaped like a pineapple, R2D2, and a big thermos I made a collage all over

I drink at least three water bottles a day, a liquid IV packet per bottle. I am also on a minor steroid called Fludrocortisone which acts like a salt retainer.

Honestly don’t know. I’ve got pots. I’ve tried liquid iv for electrolytes, tried drinking double the amount recommended, tried upping my salt intake and I still am on the verge of passing out nearly everyday. Tempted to ask my doctor if I can try iv therapy as it’s becoming and increasingly popular and effective treatment for managing pots symptoms

I have a 36-oz insulated cup that I pour one 11-oz Clearly Candian in, then fill out with plain water. It tastes like water that's had fresh fruit dropped in it for just a bit of flavor. I drink off it constantly, and when it's empty, I refill.

Prime Hydration sticks. It makes water taste much better so you drink more without having to put in effort, and has almost no sugar. Plus it has vitamins!
